Email information view
This view shows 2 types of information:
- Timeline of the conversation.
- Last conversations received from the client.

Timeline
The timeline is a graph that shows which participants the mail has had (other waiting queues, agents who have handled the mails, etc).
This information is useful to know who have been the agents involved in the conversation and thus be able to consult or transfer the conversation.
Last conversations received from the client
The lower part lists all the emails received by the customer in the last 6 months (up to a maximum of 20 emails will be shown), where you can click to access the content in order to see the related emails.
