Queued emails available actions

  • View email: View the content of the email and its options. Go to View Email section for more information
  • Mark as starred: Mark the email for follow-up. Go to Tracking section for more information
  • Assign to me in Genesys Cloud: Assign the interaction in Genesys Cloud to be managed by your user.
  • Transfer to another Queue: Transfers the mail to the selected queue
  • Disconnect: Disconnects the email, so the interaction will not be assigned to an agent
