Answer selected emails with the same reply

Using this option you will be able to answer several emails using the same reply for all of them.

Just choose an automatic reply (optional) or type the email in the text field below.

Wrap-up code is mandatory. However, if the queue is configured as optional, a default “no wrap-up (default)” code will be listed for this reason.
