Disconnect selected emails

With this option you will be able to disconnect the mails from the queue, indicating a wrap-up code.

Depending on the queue configuration, the wrap-up code will be mandatory or optional.

To display the list, click on the “Select wrap-up” button.

Then select a wrap-up code and click on “Disconnect”.
