Configuration
The configuration button opens a side panel with Email Center configuration options:
- Auto-Response of all conversations: Automatically reply to any email conversation
- Auto-Response of selected conversations: Automatically replies to auto-assigned conversations in Email Center. If this option is disabled, conversations must be accepted manually.
- Large email size: Maximize the email on Email Center interface
- Auto-Refresh: Refresh automatically the email list (every 5 minutes)
- Email list display fields:
- Conversation number
- Conversation ID
- From
- To
- Subject
- Start date
- End Date
- Owner
- Owner Date
- Completion Code
