Search filters

To activate the filters panel, click on the filter button Search filters icon. This button opens a side panel with different filters for searching conversations. The available filtering options are:

  • From: Sender’s e-mail address
  • To: Destination e-mail address
  • User: User that participates in the conversation (when typing, a list will be displayed where the user must be selected).
  • Wrap-up code: Any of the Wrap-up codes marked in the conversation.
  • Subject (exact match): Subject of the mail (there must be an exact match in the search). For word searches you can use the advanced search icon.
  • Finished: Filters finished, unfinished or any other dialogs.
  • Address: Filters the address of the first post in the thread.
  • Order: Search order according to its start date
