Email tracking

Within the list of emails to be displayed, emails can be marked and unmarked for follow-up by clicking on the star icon.

The conversations marked for follow-up will be displayed with the star icon enabled.

Tracked conversations can be easily listed by accessing the “Starred” option in the left menu. For more information go to Tracking emails section
