Email multiple selection
You can select several mails to be able to perform actions on all of them (marked with 
). This option is only available for mails that are in queue.
Selecting 1 or more mails enables the multiple action buttons marked in red, in the following screenshot:
The available options are:
- Transfer selected emails to another queue
- Disconnect selected emails
- Answer selected emails with the same reply
Select all
It is possible to select all the waiting conversations in queue by clicking on the checkbox located at the top of the table.
