Advanced Search

This button  allows advanced search of emails based on their subject using parts of the subject instead of the exact subject. This type of search analyzes all emails within the filter to analyze emails containing the indicated text string, without distinguishing between upper and lower case.

Due to the processing load of this type of search, the search is limited to 48-hour intervals or per queue. In addition, only the first 100,000 conversations within the search filter will be analyzed.
