Search by Id

This options allows to search conversations based on the Conversation ID or Conversation URL. The search option is accessed via the button Search by ID icon.

For example, it’s possible to search a conversation using the following texts:

  • 67a95cf6-1cf9-4337-a3c9-819856e418e4
  • https://apps.mypurecloud.ie/directory/#/engage/admin/interactions/a8a95cf6-1cf9-4337-a3c9-819856e418e4

When searching for the conversation, if it exists, the Email screen will be displayed.
